Here are some health TIPS for Teenagers
1.Always wash your face twice or thrice a day with a good face wash.
2.A half an hour walk and a half an hour exercise will keep your heart healthy.
3.Don't rub your face with towel or anything else. Use a soft towel and rub very very softly and gently after washing your face.
4.Try to eat green vegetables more.
5. Try to avoid junk food because these kind of items give rise to various stomach related diseases and contaminate your blood which give rise to pimples and other skin related diseases.
6.Apply Listerine on pimples because it contains alcohol. The alcohol will dry it up and cause it to fade.
7.After Listerine you can apply coconut oil on it (parachute coconut oil recommended) to remove the dark marks created by pimples on your skin. Apply it before sleeping.
8. Try to avoid normal tea and start drinking Green Tea.
9.Drink Lemon Water 6-7 times a day.
10.Do meditation for 5 minutes everyday.
